Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed and fully received.

Shipping operations are conducted on business days, Monday to Saturday, from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (WIB).

In the event of high shipping volume or overload, orders may be processed within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Customers can check their order status using the tracking number sent by the Shalu Nisabila team via email, no later than 3 days after the order has been shipped.

Customers who have an account on the Shalu Nisabila website may also track their order through the “Track Your Order” feature.

Deliveries are handled by the shipping service selected by the customer during the checkout process. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times follow the selected courier service displayed on the system.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, Shalu Nisabila is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier service. Compensation policies are fully subject to the terms and conditions of the respective shipping provider. However, the Shalu Nisabila team will do its best to assist customers in coordinating with the courier if any shipping issues occur.
