DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can still shop as a “Guest,” but we recommend creating an account for a faster checkout and payment process. By having an account, you can also track your order status and avoid re-entering your personal information every time you shop at Shalu Nisabila.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please click the “Forgot Password?” button on the LOGIN page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD-OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?
Currently, sold-out items are not available for purchase. However, we will notify you once the items are restocked. Make sure you are registered as a Shalu Nisabila member to stay updated.
CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER CHECKOUT?
Unfortunately, no. Once checkout is completed, your order is automatically recorded in our system. If you would like to add more items, please place a new order without logging out of your account.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BECOME A SHALU NISABILA RESELLER?
Absolutely. If you are interested in becoming a Shalu Nisabila reseller, please contact our team via WhatsApp for more information regarding the requirements and terms.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
CAN I SAVE MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN MY ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can. You may add a new address through: Profile → Address → Add New Address.
DOES SHALU NISABILA SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At the moment, one order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Orders will be delivered according to the address entered during checkout.
CAN I PAY USING A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, credit card payments are available. All transactions on the Shalu Nisabila website are processed in IDR after you click the “Confirm Order” button.
